Founded by Caitlin Keys — a Denver-based entrepreneur with a background in hotel development and international real estate — Therapy reflects a vision shaped by nearly 50 countries, and time spent living in Chile and Spain. She draws inspiration from the small boutiques, local designers, and cultural expressions of style she encountered along the way.

Every piece is selected for its craftsmanship, story, and the values behind it — with a focus on female designers, slow fashion, and small-batch production. The collection balances statement pieces with everyday essentials: lived-in denim, versatile sweats, curated gifts, and a playful edit of tennis, pickleball, and padel wear.

Keys' recent travels to Mexico anchor the opening assortment, alongside voices from Bali, Dubai, Spain, Italy, Japan, Australia, Argentina, and the UK. Globally inspired, always accessible — each piece chosen not only for its visual appeal, but for the story and values behind it.
